Instructions for Cancellation & Cancellation Form (EU Consumers)

Consumers are any natural persons acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession and who reside within the European Union.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period shall expire fourteen (14) days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

The withdrawal deadline is met if you send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same means of payment as used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund.

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of Returns & Final Sale (Outside the European Union)

For customers residing outside the European Union, no statutory right of withdrawal applies.

All orders shipped outside the European Union are final. Returns, exchanges, or cancellation requests are not accepted, including for discounted or sale items, unless the goods are defective upon arrival.

This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable under local law.

General Information

1) Please prevent damage to and contamination of the goods. If possible, return the goods in the original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If the original packaging is no longer available, please use suitable protective packaging.
2) Please do not return goods freight collect.
3) Compliance with points 1 and 2 is not a prerequisite for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal within the EU.
