Delivery and shipping costs

Please allow 2 weeks for delivery.

We deliver worldwide.

For deliveries within Germany,shipping costs of €5 apply for orders with a value of goods under €100.

For deliveries to other countries within the EU, shipping costs of €14 apply for orders with a value of goods under €150. Orders over €150 are shipped free of charge to the EU.

For all other deliveries outside the EU, shipping costs of €19.99 will apply.

The exact shipping costs will be calculated automatically in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

Short delivery time

We will ship your order the same day, or the next business day at the latest.

Orders to Germany are usually delivered within 3 working days.

Shipment tracking

Once your package has left our warehouse, you can track the shipment. To do this, you will automatically receive an email with the shipment number and a link from our shipping partner. You can use the link to check the delivery status of your order.

Deliveries outside the EU

All deliveries outside Europe may be subject to import duties (fees, import duties, VAT), which are determined by the destination country. They are calculated according to the country of manufacture/origin and the classification of the goods and are levied as soon as your package reaches your country. We do not withhold duties and taxes during the checkout process and cannot predict what your potential duties will be: In the event that such additional duties are incurred, they must be paid in order for your package to be cleared. The customer is responsible for the costs incurred.
